1. Principles of treatment and management of the diseases of Annavaha Srotasa, as - Aruchi, Ajirna, Agnimāndya, Ānāha, Ādhmāna, Ātopa, Cardi, Visucikā, Alasaka, Vilambikā, Grahani, Gulma, Soola, Amlapitta, Krimi,  Arsa Roga etc. Gastro- enterology - Acid Peptic disease , Diarrhoea, Dysentry, Colitis, malā-absorption syndrome.

2. Principles of treatment and management of diseases of Mutravaha Srotasa as -Mutrakricha, Mutrāghāta, Asmari etc. Nephrology - Nephrotic syndrome, Glomerulonephritis,  Acute renal failure , Chronic renal failure, Renal Hypertension ,  UTI , Urolithiasis.

3.Principles of treatment and management of the diseases of Prānavaha Srotasa, as - Kāsa, Swāsa, Hikkā, Urustoya, Rājayaksmā,  Sosa etc. Respiratory Disorders – Pneumonia,  Bronchiectasis , COPD, Emphysema , Chronic Bronchitis , Asthama, Tuberculosis.

4.  Principles of treatment, and management of the diseases of Raktavaha Srotasa, as - Raktapitta, Kāmalā. Kumbhakāmalā, Halimaka, Dāha, Vātarakta, Pleehādosa, Yakriddosa etc. Hepatobiliary system with reference to Viral Hepatitis, Portal hypertension & Cirrhosis of Liver.

5. Principles of treatment and management of the diseases of Rasavaha Srotasa, as - Pāndu, Āmavāta, Mada, Madātyaya, Hridroga, Hritasoola, Nyuna Raktachāpa (Hypotension), Ucca Racktacāpa (Hypertension). Rheumatology & Locomotor Diseases - Rheumatoid Arthritis , Septic Arthritis, Gout, Metabolic joint disease. Cardiology  -  Congestive Cardiac Failure, Valvular Heart Disease, Ischamic Heart Disease, hypertensive disorders.
