1. Detailed descriptions of principles regarding ‘Shārira’ and their co-relation with modern medical science.
2. Shariropakrama:
Description of sharira and shārira, necessity of knowledge of shārira, ‘Shadangatva’ of sharira, Anga pratyanga vibhāga, Steralisation and preservation of dead body, Divisions of shārira.
3. Knowledge of terminologies used in Sharir:
e.g. Urdhava ( superior), Adhah( Inferior), Agrima (Anterior) or Pratiprishtha (Ventral), Abhi pristha (Posterior) or Madhyanugā (Dorsal median plane), Pārshava (Lateral line). Abhimadhyana (Medial line) and Uttāna (Superficial) and Gambhira (Deep) section, Anuprastha (vertical) and Agra paschedasa (Horizontal) sections, Mamsa peshi (Muscles), Sira, Dhamani, Tantrika, Kurcha, Kandarā, Jāla, Sanghāt,Seemanta, Rajju and Sevani.
4. Abhinivriti Shārira ( Developmental anatomy):
Constitution of ‘Purusha’ according to dhatu bheda, Panchabhoutikatava and sukshamatva of body, Karma purusha, Trigunātamakatvama, Tridoshmayatva, Doshadhatumalamulākatva of Sharira.
5. Garbha Shārira ( Embryolgy):

8. Sandhi Shārira ( Syndesmology):
General structure of an Asthi-Sandhi ( a joint), various types of Sandhi ( joints), Detailed description of ‘Hanu’ ( temperomandibular Joint) and Shākhā sandhis ( joints of extremities), description of movements related to Snayu and Mamsa peshi (muscles), surgical importance of the Sandhis (joints).
9. Sirā , Dhamni, Srotas Shārira ( Angiology):
Importance of Raktāvaha Sansthāna ( cardiovascular system), structure of Hridaya (Heart), Description of Sirā, Dhamani , Srotasa, their number, origin, site (location/course), Shākhā prāshakhā ( branches), Functions of Dhamni, Sirājāla, their similarities and differences in functions. Srotomayatwa of Sharira. The modern review with clinical anatomy regarding to sira, dhamani.
10. Lasikā Sansthāna ( Lymphatic system):
Lasikā pranāli ( Lymphatic channels), Lasikā granthi ( Lymphatic glands), Rasa Kulyā ( Thoracic duct), Payasvini ( lacteals ) and Description of lasikā vāhinis. Clinical anatomy related to lymphatic system.
11.Peshi Shārira ( Mylogy):
Structure, shape and size of Peshi ( muscles), their location, number, types, origin, insertion, nerve supply and actions , importance of Peshi ( muscle) with respect to clinical anatomy.

1.Kostha:
Description of the words Koshtha-āshaya, Koshthānaga, their names, number, Koshthānga of Uraha Pradesh ( organs of thoracic cavity), Koshthānga of Udara Pradesh ( organs of abdominal cavity), Description of digestive organs from Mukha Dwara ( buccal cavity) to Gudā ( anus).Organs of Shwāsa Prashwāsa (respiratory system), Organs of Mutravaha Sansthān ( urinary system), structures and position of male and female Jananendriya ( reproductive organs). 2.Granthi Shārira:
Descriptions of the structure of Srotasa granthi & Nisrotasa granthi & clinical anatomy of each granthi.
3. Kalā Shārira:
Definition of Kalā, Shape and size of Sapta Kalā, their structures, types and importance. Description of kalās lying on Hridaya ( heart), Fuffusa ( lungs), Mastishka ( brain), Udara Guha ( abdominal cavity), Sandhi ( joints) and basti. Co-relation of kalas in view of modern science.
4.Twaka Shārira ( Dermatology)
Definition of twaka ( skin) , it’s swaroopa ( structure), types and prayojana.

5. Uttamāngiya Tantrikā Sansthāna Shārira:
Brihatamastishka(Cerebrum),Laghumastishka(Cerebellum),Madhyamastishka (Mid brain), Ushnishaka (Pons), Sushumnā shirsha (medulla oblongata), Sushumana (Spinal cord) and the nerves related to it Shirshtha Nadi (cranial nerves), and Shārira Parisara Nādiya (spinal nerves), Tantrika Sansthān (Peripheral nervous system), Description of Anukampiya Nādiya Sansthān ( autonomic nervous system), Parānukampiya Nādi chakra (Sympathetic and parasympathetic nerve plexus) & clinical anatomy of each structure.
